This house is only about 15.54 sqm in size—very minimalist, isn’t it? The materials used are also simple, allowing for significant cost savings compared to building a full concrete house. According to the owner, the house cost around 120K at the time, excluding the painting work, which was done by the owner themselves. The front features a small versatile terrace that also serves as a drying area and bike parking spot. Let’s step inside the house!
Entering the house, this is the living room. The living room design is simple yet modern. It features an L-shaped sofa to maximize the use of the room’s corners. The TV is mounted on the wall, with a beautiful abstract-patterned backdrop.
Moving to the back, we find this compact kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a small L-shaped kitchen set, featuring a black granite countertop with an elegant pattern. Storage space is maximized with numerous cabinets and additional shelves. Ventilation is also considered to prevent the room from feeling stuffy.
The last room on the first floor is the bathroom, whose door is located in front of the kitchen. The bathroom design also appears modern, with no visible signs that the house is made of plywood.
