 Simple 18x20 Concrete House

This house is built with concrete materials, ensuring durability, strength, and longevity. With a minimalist size of just 18x20 ft, it still provides adequate facilities for a small family. According to the owner, at the time this photo was taken, the cost was around 480K, nearly 500K. However, the result was satisfactory and did not disappoint the owner.

Minimalist and Comfortable Design

This is the side and back view of the house. Despite its small size, the house features several windows for the comfort of its inhabitants. The wide window size also allows natural light and air circulation to enter effectively. The shed roof appears elegant, with a red color that makes the house more eye-catching.

Double Wall Interior

This is the view of the central room. For now, plywood walls are used for cost-effectiveness, but they are constructed as double walls to ensure strength and durability. The central room features an open-plan design, making it feel spacious and comfortable. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Small Kitchen with Concrete Countertop

This is the kitchen area. The kitchen design is simple and minimalist, with an L-shaped concrete countertop that saves space and looks clean. The backsplash looks elegant with black marble tiles. You can add matching curtains under the counter to make it neater and more attractive.

Hello po flex ko lang ang pinag hirapan ko d² sa bansang kuwait🥰proud ako sa sarili ko kc kahit single mother ako na kaya ko lahat..dati tumitingin lang aq d² sabay dasal na sana magkaroon din aq ng bahay kahit simple lang😇at salamat sa dios narinig nya🙂😙😇18x20 ang sukat malayo na sa dati kong buhay kaya masaya aq..kunting push nalang matapos na😆halos 500k na ang na gastos ko d² mahal kc pakyawan ang trbho mahal ndin ang materiales pero worth it lahat😇thank you po sana may ma inspire🥰
