This house's design embraces a tropical minimalist concept, measuring 4 x 12 meters. The lower level features a small, easy-to-visit store. Benches are also available for added customer comfort. The upper level features a fresh balcony adorned with large tropical plants.
Interior design
Despite having a storefront, the space is designed to be private and comfortable. The frontmost area of the interior is a living room with a sofa and several other furnishings. Separated by a staircase, the rear contains a combined dining area and kitchen.
Outdoor kitchen design
At the rear of the semi-outdoor space, there is a service area containing a wet kitchen and a laundry area with additional wall cabinets to further optimize storage in a limited area.
