Simple but impressive front elevation

Design in a modern style that is sleek and functional. The front building with back and forth shape accents adds dimension to the geometric building. The use of gray-stone, soft brown, and white creates the impression of a minimalist and elegant home.


Front features; small but functional


The front of the house has several features. You will get a small space for motorcycle parking or the front porch. The second-floor section is quite ideal for getting a relaxing small balcony.

  • motorcycle parking lot in a size of 2.05 m x 1.15 m,
  • living room in a size of 2.05 m x 1.95 m,

  • kitchen area with a size of 1.8 m x 1.96 m,
  • tiny bathroom with a size of 1.8 m x 1.00 m,
  • the first bedroom with a size of 2.05 m x 2.65 m.

Interior design


This is how it looks when you first open the door. Expressed with an extension of the living room and kitchen area, it helps the room to feel spacious. White interior to represent the modesty and spaciousness.


Living room area


A tiny living room measuring 1.95 m x 2.05 meters. A compact two-seater sofa fit to small square meters in the corner space. The sofa faces the TV, which work as an entertainment features at home, Wall ornaments in eye-catching colors and shapes complement the design.


Mini kitchen design

Instead of nothing at all, it's better to have a small kitchen. If you are hungry, you can cook something simple there. The kitchen uses the mini concept. It only as one row counters, with an adjacent stove and sink area.

Consider carefully, if necessary, installing several features such as a cooker hood for the added security of having a kitchen in a tiny house.


First floor bedroom


There is one bedroom on the first or ground floor. This bedroom has enough room for a bed, a closet, and even a TV mounted on the wall. Despite its small size, this bedroom provides adequate resting space.

The second floor consists of:
  • the second bedroom in a size of 2.05 m x 2.1 m,
  • the third bedroom in a size of 2.05 m x 2.65 m,
  • the second hallway in a size of 1.8 m x 5.0 m,
  • laundry area with a size of 1.8 m x 1.00 m,
  • the balcony in a size of 1.8 m x 1 m.

The second floor design


This tiny house thought of the details of light and air circulation. You'll find that this section of the straight staircase is left open, not completely covered by the second floor foundation. This allows this area to function as a void, promoting air circulation. More light from installed windows is optimal at some point.


The second bedroom

This second bedroom uses a low bed model. This is useful for creating the impression of a larger, more spacious bedroom. You can also display stunning wall decorations and accent walls in the upper space.


The laundry and dry room


You will get a laundry area on the second floor. This location has been left partially open. A roof-shaded corner for the washing machine. The clothesline section uses a wall-mounted one. Adjust is it is not possible for an open drying method like this.


Balcony design
